Every goal you can read in an organization, grouped by project
Every live goal in the projects you can read, grouped by project. Each goal carries its task roll-up, and each group goals_tasks_total / goals_tasks_completed.

GET /v1/goals?org_id=: every live goal in the projects you can read, grouped by project, each group with its goals’ task totals. A readable project with no goals is absent.
